Read this...

Obama is Spock, then Captain Kirk is Bush. I always liked Kirk better.

Then read this

Interesting history on Winston Churchill and how Obama continues to misquote the past to further his crappy agenda.

Liberals call this torture?

Torture? Give me a break. I'm positive other countries torture much worse than this. Liberal candyass.

This kid is awesome!

And he's only 4 years old! This is Joe the drummer. Supposedly he's never had a lesson. I hope he keeps it up.

The gun of my dreams

Picture is from Springfield Armory's website.

I made a trip out to Smyrna this past weekend to attend the gun show. Met up with my cousin Todd and his gunsmithing friend. My cousin Danny was there also with his son Tyler.

I went looking for a Springfield Armory subcompact 9mm. I found it. It's a nice little gun for a decent price. Fits well in my hand and would be great for concealed carry.

Right now it's just the gun of my dreams since the price tag is well out of range for me. I'll have to start saving my pennies.

More Miss California

It's amazing how she hasn't said anything derogatory about anyone involved in the pageant. Unlike Perez Hilton who called her a "dumb bitch" because he is too stupid to articulate anything else.
Some idiot in hollywood was quoted as saying The MISS CALIFORNIA USA title is NOT supposed to be used to push your own agenda, that is NOT what pageants are about. If that is the case, the question should have never been asked in the first place. The pageant was pushing their agenda.

We need more people to speak their mind and not be ashamed to say the right thing.

Miss USA Runner-up

Miss California Carrie Prejean was asked by Perez Hilton what she thought of gay marriage. Apparently you cannot have an opinion that goes against hollyweird. She said that she believes marriage is between a man and a woman. Wrong answer. Now Perez Hilton, the intolerant, closed minded, queen of a bigot has gone and called her a "dumb bitch". I thought liberals valued everyone's opinions? They're so open minded. The liberal media is calling it a slur. Why is it a slur? She was asked a question and gave an honest answer. That honest answer probably cost her a win.

Perez Hilton is waste of oxygen.

Ch Ch Ch Chia

Step right up folks! Get your Chia Obama. If I had 20 bucks to waste I would get one. I think it is hilarious.

Some controversy though. Of course people are crying racism. I guess because a black guy is growing a chia 'fro. Go figure.

Really bad reenactment

This is a really bad reenactment of the Chris Brown and Rhianna incident. I think it is pretty funny. Keep an eye out for the kid playing Chris Brown. I think he will be big.

(Non)Unionizing-God bless Walmart

I was just discussing this with my uncle the other day. Mostly talking about Walmart and the fallacy that Walmart puts small business out of business. It's funny how when things are good people badmouth Walmart all the time but when times are tough and money is tight people do what they have to do to eat. Walmart's sales are up.

This video discusses many different things but that's what caught my attention.

Found this video on Big Hollywood.

If You Seek Amy

That is the title of Britney Spears new song. Isn't she a clever whore. The title of the song suggests Britney wants someone to do something to her if you can't figure it out on your own. Poor Britney is prostituting herself for a few bucks for her and her record company. I wonder if she realizes that? The music video says it all.

This is the kind of crap being sold to teens and preteens. No wonder there is a decline in the morals of our society.

Britney Spears is a waste of oxygen.

Cool video from Blackberry taking a shot at the Apple iPhone. I hate Apple products. They are overpriced and underpowered and very restricted. Don't buy Apple.

Legalize Marijuana?

California is proposing to legalize the sale of marijuana. The reason for this is California is broke. They see a golden opportunity to start taxing marijuana sales. Oh boy do they want to tax it. The proposal is to charge retailers $50.00 per ounce to sell it and then tax consumers on top of that. I guess you'll know your weed will cost at least $50 because the retailers will pass that along to you. I'm sure the sales tax will be high since the cigarette tax is so high. It will probably be the same or higher. My bet is it will be higher.

Do I think legalizing marijuana is a good idea? No I don't and not for reasons you might think. My problem with it is the government only wants it legal so they can tax it. They have fought the war on drugs for soooo many years and now they're broke so that goes out the window. Woo hoo! More tax money!

In my opinion if it is made legal at such high tax rates it will only make the black market that much more appealing. Plus, the government is always concerned with legal things making poor people poorer. Things like lotteries, cigarettes, liquor. What do they think a marijuana tax will do to that poor pothead who wants to legally buy some weed? Will it make him that much richer? Oh no, maybe he'll save his money, stop smoking and become a better person thanks to the government. Fat chance! How many people quit smoking cigarettes because of the taxes and the overall cost? Not many.

So I say to the government, keep your greedy fingers off of marijuana. Let the "entrepreneurs" handle the weed tax free.

Get your Gangsta Babies!

These are real things for sale. They are kind of funny I think but also sad in a way.

Why would anyone want their very own Pookie doll? Kind of promotes a stereotype, don't you think? Why isn't Al Sharpton out protesting Pookie?

Everybody needs to check out Macho Sauce Productions. A guy named Alfonzo Rachel created it. He is a very smart, conservative, young Republican. A lot of what he says is true.

The Gorical wins a Grammy

Al Gore won a Grammy for spoken word album the other night. He didn't even do the speaking. His Inconvenient Truth crap was read by 3 different Hollywood stars. To date he has won a Nobel prize, an Emmy, an Oscar, and now a Grammy.

Awards don't mean anything anymore. They'll give one to anyone, especially Grammys.

Some of the worst music ever is being produced and sold to unsuspecting schmoes. I guess when that's all that's being produced the poor schmoes don't have a choice.

Whatever happened to artists who wrote good music that told a story instead of fake drum beats and lyrics about how many cars and bitches I "gots". "Ax me how many I gots"

Who in their right mind would give Lil' Wayne a Grammy? I figure he got it because he was the best crap out of all the crap in his crap category.

Let's keep rewarding people for crap.

Wiiconomic stimulus

I'm going to expand on my wii stimulus idea from yesterday.

If the government bought a wii and a wii fit for everyone in America, let's say 350 million citizens, that would only be around 120 billion dollars. That would be a bargain compared to the trillion they want to spend on more government. Compared to the trillion, this 120 billion would actually go into the economy.

Then on top of that, if everyone actually used their wii and wii fit it might help people become healthier and cut down on the amount of money the government pays in healthcare.

Seems like a win win situation to me.

I have a feeling I'll get a comment on this.

A little help for the economy

I went with a friend today to buy a wii fit. I'm a little ashamed of myself. We went to Bestbuy and stood in line for an hour to be the first ones to get a wii fit. In my 33 years of life I've never arrived before a store opened to be first in line to buy something. It was weird and also the longest hour of my life. I don't know how people do that on a regular basis. It feels wrong.

On the other hand, the wii fit is really fun and can help you exercise and track your weight loss progress. Also, I like to think we were doing something to help the economy by spending our tax returns on something cool.

I think the government should buy everyone in America a wii and a wii fit. If they want to waste a trillion dollars at least do something fun with it and stimulate the economy for real.

What a moron!

It's limbo time!

The Obama administration has set the bar for ethical standards the highest of any administration so far.

Obama's spokeman Robert Gibbs told reporters Tuesday, "The bar that we set is the highest that any administration in the country has ever set."

By the looks of things, it's just high enough so his appointees and his administration can limbo right under it.

Give me a break.

This is idiotic

I read today about a Superbowl ad that was rejected by the NFL. The NFL had enough sense to refuse to air this ad. This ad was for a website that basically promotes adultery. The site is a matchmaking site for married people. MARRIED PEOPLE! This makes no sense to me. They justify the website by saying divorce is not always an option.

I don't think this makes the option of cheating on your spouse the only other option.

No wonder this country is going down the toilet.

Clever billboard

I was driving down the interstate today and saw a very clever billboard. It was a big red letter LCD billboard that can be changed daily to say what you want.

It read:

Now Playing
The Wizard of Oz
Starring Congress as the scarecrow.

Ah, if they only had a brain.

The Nuge

Ted Nugent is being urged to run for NRA president. I'm not a member of the NRA. Yet.

I like Ted's views on the 2nd amendment. This might help with my decision to join.

I would vote for him.

Happy birthday to me!

Tomorrow is my birthday but I started celebrating it today. The world's greatest bosses let me have today off of work. I went shopping. I didn't buy anything. I have no money. But....

I now have access to a Nintendo Wii. It's not mine but I am allowed to use it. I can use it as much as I want and it didn't cost me anything. Sounds like a good deal.

My dad and mom made me my favorite cookies. That was great, a real surprise. They are soooo good!

Tomorrow will be just as good or better!

Overwhelming support?

This is what I'm talking about.

I don't believe Obama has the support of the majority of the United States. This map shows all the counties that John McCain won in this past election. Red is for McCain.

The liberal news media can kiss my butt.

I hope Obama fails. I want his liberal, socialist agenda to fail. I don't want the government to take care of me.

Check out Big Hollywood today

Check out Andrew Breitbart's Feelin' the Healin' post on Big Hollywood today. These are the ignorant celebrities that influenced young people to vote Obama.

No wonder we are going to Hell in a Handbasket.

This sums it up

This pretty much sums up how I feel about Obama and the new administration. Supposedly this comes out of London. Amazing how other countries see it and we don't.

I think people forget that about half of the United States didn't vote for him. So he doesn't have overwhelming support like the news media would have you believe.

Inauguration Day

Today is the day Barack Obama is sworn in as the 44th president.

I'm going to miss George Bush. He was a good president. And he is a good man, a humble man. I wish him well.

I think people need to let Obama actually do something for the country before we give him so much credit.

No one man is going to save this country. Take responsibility for yourselves, take action. Quit whining. It's no ones fault but ours.

I like what Kid Rock says in this

But I think money talks. He is playing at an inaugural youth gala tomorrow.

I hope it's just for the money.

Highspeed internet out in East Jesus

Why is it so hard to get certain services if you live out in a rural area? I would like to get Comcast internet. I thought I could. I was mistaken.

Comcast has been sending out literature in reference to the digital tv transition. I received one. I was all excited that I could get 12 months free tv if I signed up for highspeed internet. I called comcast in November, I think. At that time the customer service rep(in India) said that internet was available in my rural area. I was excited. If I get comcast and can cancel my dsl that would save me about $50 a month. I decided to wait at that time to save the money to cover installation costs.

Fast forward to today. I called again, twice. Both reps said, at first, yes it is available. Then disaster struck. "I'm sorry I was mistaken. We don't offer internet in your area."

Why, in November, did they tell me it was available? I'm disappointed. Not only would I get faster internet but it would have been cheaper.

I hate customer (dis)service.

Better things to talk about

Why is it when a group of people get together the only thing they can think of to talk about is what shows they watch on tv? I like tv but I would rather talk about the present situation of the United States and the world. There are more important things.

Sheeple

Why are people so influanced by Oprah? Whatever she says, half the people in the U.S. go and do it. I think more people listen to her than listen to the Pope.

No school cuz it's cold?

I'm sorry but that is just ridiculous. I live in TN. It's not that cold. I don't understand what we are trying to teach our kids these days. Kids in the U.S. aren't getting any smarter and telling them it's okay to skip school in the cold isn't helping. From what I saw yesterday it wasn't too cold for these same kids to go out shopping or to the movies. Next thing you know these same kids, when adults, will be calling into work because it's just too cold to go outside.
